Shipping Methods

All orders will be packaged and shipped in 1 - 3 working days. 

UK Orders

All UK orders are posted first class via Royal Mail and are free. Shipping times for the UK is 1 - 2 working days.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

International Orders

We ship international items as International Standard via Royal Mail. Shipping times are below:

Europe – 3 - 5 working days

Rest of the World – 5 - 7 working days

Missing orders

UK - If your order has not arrived after 10 working days, please contact us so we can organise a another order sent out or a refund. We cannot issue refunds or new deliveries before this date.

Rest of the world - If your order has not arrived after 20 working days for Europe or 25 days for the rest of the world, please contact us so we can organise a another order sent out or a refund. We cannot issue refunds or new deliveries before this date.

 

 

 

Easy Returns & Exchanges

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We can gladly accept returns and exchanges, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to organise this. We cannot refund custom orders, earrings or intimate items due to hygiene reasons.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
